    解脱之道

    女朋友说,她在痛苦的时候,就开始祈祷。就可以慢慢的平静下来。
    我不是基督,不太懂祈祷。我问她,是不是就是跟自己的心灵对话。
    这有点类似佛教的内观禅修。基本上就是“静坐”。训练纯粹的凝视、目击自己的心灵。
    完全尊重你的思考模式,却让你稳坐如泰山。
    内观禅修对生理也是一大考验。一旦坐下,便不准移动身子。即便感到不适,也要沉思这种不适,观察肉体的痛苦对自己的影响。
    在现实生活中,我们不断调整自己生理,情绪,心理上的不适,以便逃避现实的悲伤与障碍。
    内观教人把悲伤与障碍视为人生在世不可缺少的一部分。
    我思索自己一生花费多少时间横冲直闯,不是扭身逃开不舒服的痛苦,就是如饥似渴的扑向更多的愉悦。
    若早能明白一些道理,呆在原地处之泰然,不要总是在坑坑洼洼的人生道路上被拖着走,或许对我以及因为爱我而受拖累的人会很有用呢。
    一切终会过去。

    不一样的。静坐的时候,你的注意力全部在当下,观察你的身体的不适,目击自己的心灵。而发呆,只是被自己的思维控制,甚至都不知道自己在想些什么。
